Take one clamp in one hand and grab the nipple in the other hand. Place the clamp right below the nipple along the areola. As you clamp down, adjust using the screw and move slowly. Apply pressure very slowly and release slowly. Every little movement will cause some amount of sensation or pain, so be intentional. Keep it on for no longer than 30 minutes the first few times.
